Aimee & Boris

My friends, Aimee & Boris, got married for the "second" time in December. Second time because the first time around Boris's family (who is from Germany) unfortunately couldn't be in South Africa, so they decided to have the more formal event when all of the family could be present. It was a wonderful day, very relaxed and intimate. The setting was perfect for a beautiful and hot Summer wedding and Aimee did most of the decor herself. Guests watched the ceremony from the lawn and spent the rest of the day in the pool. Here are my favourite shots from the day.

My cousin got married in January. I've never had the opportunity to shoot a wedding, and even though I wasn't the official photographer I got to take some behind-the-scenes shots. I hope I'll get to do more weddings in the future, it was really fun capturing such special moments.
